Most event technology has spent the last decade getting digital. eBrain‘s argument is that digital was never the point. Behind her, specialist assistants guide users through each phase, while task-oriented agents execute concrete operational steps.

From brief to live registration in minutes
Registration has long been one of the biggest time sinks in event set-up. In eBrain, the registration website is not built by hand at all. The AI generates the site, and all of its content, in a fraction of the usual time. Any corporate-design elements needed are analysed by web crawlers from the client’s existing website and carried across automatically, so the finished registration site is on-brand from the first draft rather than after hours of manual CMS work.
Built for trust, not just speed
For an industry increasingly wary of where AI sends its data, eBrain’s engineering choices matter as much as its features. The platform runs on EU-sovereign cloud infrastructure, is GDPR-compliant by design and is built with the EU AI Act in mind. Automatic fallback between AI providers helps operations continue when a primary model rejects an edge case.

The judges were won over by the ambition and coherence of the whole. “One of the strongest entries in the category,” wrote judge Milo Bravo, “because it treats registration and onboarding as a full operating system rather than a single feature.” Anca Platon Trifan praised the “end-to-end redesign” and its onboarding evidence; Michelle Rees put it more simply still: “a system I would use in my corporate role.”
