The show will put the platform to work on its own audience acquisition and sponsor prospecting, and share what it learns with the industry
Event Tech Live has appointed Super Benji as Official Growth Partner of its London show, which takes place at Excel London on 11 and 12 November 2026.
Super Benji is an AI outreach platform built specifically for the events and media industry. It researches a prospect, understands what a company is looking to promote and how it fits into the show, and writes a personal messages with follow up across email and LinkedIn. When someone replies, the sales team gets a briefing pack and picks up the conversation.
The platform is already at work across the events and media sector, with Informa using it for the past 18 months and other event organisers such as SCALE London, Fintech Fringe and the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards among the businesses running campaigns through it.
The partnership covers the run-up to the show, the two show days and the year that follows. Super Benji will also be exhibiting at Event Tech Live on stand LP6.

The show is using the platform on itself
The arrangement puts Super Benji to work inside AMP Events, organisers of Event Tech Live. The team will use the platform for audience acquisition ahead of the November show, for sponsor and exhibitor prospecting across the business portfolio.
Audience acquisition and sponsor pipeline are the two hardest problems in the trade show business, and the cost of getting one qualified attendee through the door can run anywhere from £25 to £150 depending on the audience. Both parties have agreed to review the numbers after the show and publish what they find, so organisers can see how the platform performed on a real event rather than a demo.
Comment
Adam Parry, Founder and Director of AMP Events, organisers of Event Tech Live, said: “Every organiser I speak to has the same two problems, getting the right people through the door and getting the right conversations booked with the companies that should be there. Super Benji is one of the few tools I have seen that treats events as its home market rather than an afterthought, the founder and team really understand how our industry actually works. When we partner with a technology company we use the product properly, across our own sales and marketing, because that is the only way either side learns anything worth sharing. My team will be running it, and we will be honest about what it does for us.”
Jeremy Basset, Founder of Super Benji, said: “Events, publishers and awards businesses are where we see our strongest results, so partnering with Event Tech Live was an easy decision. This is the room where the industry works out what to buy next. Having the Event Tech Live team run it on their own show is the best test we could ask for, and we are looking forward to sharing the results with organisers in November.”
