Expanded technology delivery platform business brings together technology, people, digital, print, logistics and managed services within a unified international group.
One World has unveiled One World Group, creating a broader global technology and services organisation built on the infrastructure and international presence developed by the business over the past 16 years.
The launch represents a significant evolution for One World. Originally established and widely known as a global technology rental provider, the organisation has progressively developed specialist capabilities across staffing, technology supply and procurement, software and digital development, event consumable printing, media production, logistics, asset management and managed services.
These operations will now sit within the wider One World Group, enabling customers to access a much broader range of services through a connected international organisation.
Technology. People. Global Delivery.
The creation of One World Group reflects the changing way customers engage with the business.
Where an initial requirement may previously have centred on renting laptops, tablets, printers or other technology, One World can now support considerably more of the customer’s technology and operational environment.
Depending on the requirement, technology can be rented, purchased or leased, supported by staffing, international logistics, asset management, digital platforms and development, badge, ticket and label production, media services and longer-term managed solutions.
Bringing these capabilities together allows the Group to design solutions around the wider needs of a customer rather than treating each service as an individual transaction.
A key part of the next stage of growth will be expanding One World’s presence in managed technology services, Device as a Service, technology lifecycle management and enterprise solutions.
The Group intends to use the operational infrastructure created through its international expansion to support customers with increasingly complex requirements across multiple locations and countries.
This includes opportunities beyond One World’s established live events market, with the Group targeting organisations such as venues, stadiums, arenas and multinational businesses requiring technology and operational support at scale.
One World Rental remains at the heart of the Group
One World Rental will continue operating as the Group’s specialist global technology rental business.
Its existing brand, teams and services will remain in place, while the wider Group structure creates the ability to connect its rental capabilities with other specialist One World businesses.
Rather than replacing the One World Rental proposition, the new structure builds around it.
Individual businesses within the Group will continue developing specialist expertise in their respective markets while benefiting from shared infrastructure, technology, people and international operations.
The strategy also supports One World’s move towards deeper and longer-term customer partnerships.
Alongside project-based requirements, the Group intends to increase the proportion of recurring services it provides by helping customers manage technology, assets and operational requirements over longer periods as it evolves into a hardware and service delivery managed services global leader.

Kashif Din, Founder and CEO of One World Group, said:
“Over the last 16 years we have built far more than a technology rental business. We have developed an international infrastructure of people, technology, systems, inventory and operational capability that allows us to deliver consistently across multiple markets.
“A customer may originally have come to One World because they needed 500 iPads. That same customer can now work with us to procure or manage their technology, provide onsite teams, manage their assets, build digital solutions, coordinate logistics, deliver print requirements and support the entire operation through an ongoing managed service.
“One World Group brings those capabilities together and gives us a much larger platform for future growth. We want to build deeper relationships with customers and become a long-term technology and operational partner for organisations around the world.”
The Group’s expansion is also expected to create additional opportunities across One World’s international workforce as new services and markets are developed.
Investment will continue across the individual One World businesses, while greater integration between them will enable the Group to deliver more comprehensive solutions for customers with regional and global requirements.
Further announcements covering the Group’s businesses, services and future expansion plans are expected over the coming months.
One Ecosystem. Multiple Solutions. Global Delivery.
