As part of our commitment to provide a safe environment for all ETL attendees, everyone coming into the Old Truman Brewery for ETL21, from build, to show, to breakdown, must follow our Covid Policy:

Event Tech Live attendees must be prepared to show proof of being fully vaccinated with a UK recognised COVID-19 vaccine: Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, or Janssen at least 14 days before visiting AND a negative Lateral Flow or PCR test.

Tests, which can be taken at home or at a recognised centre, free of charge, should be conducted no more than 48 hours before arriving at the venue.

If, for whatever reason, you are unable to provide evidence you have been vaccinated against Covid-19 then you MUST present proof that a Lateral Flow test, with a negative result, has been taken on each day you visit the show.

Face coverings are mandatory in the halls at Event Tech Live 2021.

There is a vast range of accommodation within a small radius of the Old Truman Brewery. Any of the leading hotel/accommodation booking sites should find rooms to suit your needs and budget.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The show is located on the first floor and the venue does not have a dedicated public lift. Wheelchair users should contact us in advance or speak to one of our security team on arrival, and we will happily arrange use of the service lift. Once inside, the venue is wheelchair-friendly, and the show is all on one level. There are two ramped sections with shallow gradients that wheelchair users should be aware of, but these should present no difficulty when transitioning through the building. The disabled toilet is in Zone 1 (T1), opposite the Blue Stage.

Are the conference theatres accessible to wheelchair users?

All the seminar theatres are accessible to wheelchair users. There is no need to reserve spaces in advance, but please note that some sessions may be busier than others.

Does my essential companion need to register?

Yes. If you travel with an essential companion they will need to register as a visitor. Event Tech Live is free to attend.
