Hosted Buyer Program
Event Tech Live Las Vegas is a free-to-attend event with over 50 educational sessions available to attendees
The event also has a hosted buyer program with the choice between two tiers of commitment for those that require funding to pay towards travel and/or accommodation.

Tier 1 (1 day)
Hosted Buyers are required to commit to 8 x 15-minute meetings on one of the two live days, pre-scheduled through our meeting tool.
Tier 1 Reimbursement
Having completed the minimum number of meetings required, you will be able to claim $250.
Tier 2 (2 days)
Hosted Buyers are required to commit to 16 x 15-minute meetings across the two-day event that will be pre-scheduled through our meeting tool.
Tier 2 Reimbursement
Having completed the minimum number of meetings required, you’d qualify for a post-show reimbursement of $500.
Hosted Buyer Criteria
Hosted buyers must be budget holders and work for organisations that produce one or more of the following event types.
- Associations Events
- Charity Events
- Corporate Events (external or internal)
- Networking Events
- Product Launches
- Team Building Events
- Trade shows / Exhibitions
