The DNA and Intersection of Engagement

The design of an engagement plan for concurrent live and virtual attendees at an event is an art in itself. In this session attendees will learn how to make an analysis of attendee types, how live and virtual audience experiences are differentiated. Dahlia and James will also explore how behaviour change through interactive engagement comes about through designing concurrent micro-experiences during an event.

Learning outcomes:

1. The sense of a good engagement plan that addresses two attendee types.

2. How an engagement plan creates behaviour change for two attendee types.

3. The importance of concurrent micro-experiences within an event programme.
