How reimbursement works
Reimbursement is paid after the show, subject to attendance of your scheduled meetings. All figures GBP. International buyers are welcome to apply and the contribution applies regardless of where you travel from.

A hosted buyer is a senior event professional invited to attend a trade show on a curated basis. In exchange for attending a set number of pre-arranged supplier meetings, the show covers some or all of the buyer’s travel and accommodation costs. The model is designed to make procurement conversations more efficient for both sides.
Senior event professionals who organise five or more events per year, oversee event technology budgets with purchasing authority or strong influence, and plan to make technology investments within the next 12 to 18 months. Both agency-side and in-house buyers are welcome, including corporate, association and venue-side organisers.
Nothing. The programme is free for qualifying buyers, and you also receive a travel reimbursement of £200 for the one-day programme or £400 for the two-day programme. Reimbursement is paid after the show, subject to attendance of your scheduled supplier meetings.
Erleah uses your application brief, your current projects and your procurement priorities to match you with the most relevant suppliers at the show. You tell us what you are working on, Erleah matches you with the suppliers who can help, and you review and adjust your schedule before the show.
The one-day programme includes 8 pre-arranged 15-minute meetings. The two-day programme includes 16. Meetings are scheduled across the two show days with buffer time for networking, stage sessions and breaks. You can review your schedule before the show and request swaps if a match isn’t right.
We review applications within three working days. Because programme places are limited to ensure quality matches, not every application is accepted. If you’re approved, you’ll receive confirmation by email along with next steps for building your meeting schedule through Erleah.
Yes. We welcome international buyers from across Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia-Pacific. The £200 or £400 reimbursement applies regardless of where you’re travelling from. International buyers often find the two-day programme delivers the strongest return on their travel investment.
Please let us know as early as possible. Cancellations forfeit the travel reimbursement and may affect eligibility for future programmes, as suppliers have blocked time specifically for your meetings. If circumstances change, contact us directly and we’ll try to accommodate rescheduling where possible.

The Hosted Buyer Programme adds a pre-built schedule of AI-matched supplier meetings, a travel reimbursement, and a curated experience designed around active procurement. If you’re evaluating suppliers or planning technology investments, the hosted buyer route is faster and more structured.
Event Tech Live 2026 takes place on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November 2026 at Excel London, E16 1XL. The show runs 09:00 to 16:30 on Wednesday and 09:00 to 16:00 on Thursday. Your hosted buyer schedule will be arranged across these hours.
