The first sessions for Event Tech Live London 2026 are now published. The show runs 11 to 12 November at Excel London, across four stages.

Speakers confirmed in this first wave come from Terrapin, Informa, Easyfairs, George P. Johnson, Hemming Group, Clarion Events and CI Group. More will go live over the coming weeks as the programme is built out.

Two other things are open at the same time, and both close at the end of September.

Call for workshops

Alongside the main stage programme we’re running practical workshops, and we’re looking for people who can actually teach.

These are hands-on sessions on the tools event teams use every day, across operations, marketing and RevOps. That includes the AI platforms, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, and how to get real work out of them rather than the theory. It also covers the everyday stack, HubSpot, Gong and the rest, applied to event planning, management and delivery.

If you can teach a room something they can use the following Monday morning, put a session forward.

Call for podcasts

The podcast studio and stage is back, built with First Sight Media. If you already host a podcast, or you’ve been meaning to start one, you can record live at the show at no cost, with access to the full production setup.

Applications are open now and slots are scheduled on merit. Two things to be clear on before you apply. You need to be the host, and you need to invite and organise your own guests.
