The first wave of the 2026 agenda is live
The first sessions for ETL London 2026 are published, across four stages over both days.
Speakers in this wave come from Terrapin, Informa, Easyfairs, George P. Johnson, Hemming Group, Clarion Events and CI Group. More go live over the coming weeks as we build the programme out.

If you can teach a room something they can use on Monday morning, put a session forward
We run practical workshops alongside the main stage programme, and for these we want people who can teach. Hands-on sessions on the tools event teams use every day, across operations, marketing and RevOps.
Hands-on, not a talk
Built around a real tool or workflow, with the room doing the thing rather than watching slides. If it works better as a keynote, it belongs on a stage instead.
Real tools, real work
The AI platforms, Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, and how to get real work out of them rather than the theory. Plus the everyday stack, HubSpot, Gong and the rest, applied to event planning, management and delivery.
Useful straight away
The room should leave able to apply it in their own events work. The test is simple: could someone use this the following Monday morning?
Taught by a practitioner
Led by someone who uses the tool properly, day in day out. We are looking for teaching, not a product walkthrough.

Submissions close 30 September. Slots are limited, so put yours forward early.
Record your podcast live, on us
The podcast studio and stage is back, built with First Sight Media.
If you already host a podcast, or you have been meaning to start one, you can record live at the show at no cost, with the full production setup on hand.
Applications are open now and slots are scheduled on merit.

You need to be the host, and you need to invite and organise your own guests.
