The platform, built on event technology firm Evedo Ecosystem’s infrastructure, lets investors back event campaigns from $500 in return for a share of ticket revenue.
Atmosphera has launched a community investment platform that allows individuals to fund live events in exchange for a share of ticket revenue. The company, which is built on the infrastructure of Evedo Ecosystem, describes the model as a new asset class for the events industry.
How does the model work?
According to Atmosphera, investors can browse curated event campaigns, review the terms, and commit from $500 (USD). Returns are paid from ticket revenue, held in escrow, and distributed on-chain. The company stresses that returns depend on each event’s performance and are not guaranteed.
The company argues that most events are still funded through organiser savings, pre-sold tickets, or sponsorship deals that take months to close, and that conventional finance is poorly suited to the sector. It positions Atmosphera as a funding layer sitting alongside Evedo’s ticketing, payments, and operations tools.
“We’re not building another crowdfunding platform,” said Stoyan Angelov, founder and chief executive of Evedo Ecosystem and Atmosphera. “We’re building the financial layer the events industry has always needed.”
Which campaigns are live?
Atmosphera says its first funded campaign was Sunwaves Festival SW38, a long-running electronic music festival, which it reports was successfully funded. Two further campaigns are now live on the platform: CODRU 6 Festival, taking place from 26 to 28 August 2026 in Timișoara, Romania, and The Bikers in Romania Festival 2026, running from 14 to 16 August 2026 on the Black Sea coast. Both open at a minimum investment of $500.
Atmosphera puts the global live events market at $1.5 trillion and says Evedo’s infrastructure serves more than 3,500 events and 750 organisers worldwide. These figures are supplied by the company and have not been independently verified.
