As we start to embrace Hybrid / Blended Experiences, how does it actually work? We will explore the opportunities, benefits, considerations and technologies that can support the delivery and create engagement opportunities.
We will look at all sides of the experience journey from fully remote, to in person and the balance needed to create memorable experiences.
